Refund Policy


Please note that if you need any changes on your order (Address change/color change), that can be only done within 2 days from the purchase date, so that way we can evaluate the issue and make it right within the time frame before it get shipped. Thank you for your understanding on this.

If you receive the correct order and there is no issue with product ie. wrong colour or defective and you wish to request a refund then you will have to ship the product to the location stated bellow. After receiving the product and inspecting it we will make a decision to refund or not.

We are more than happy to solicitate a refund if there is an issue with the order itself ie wrong color sent out or item never received. 

We do not cover the shipping cost if you wish to send the package back to us.

Items mid transit

If your package is mid transit meaning it has been processed and has left the warehouse we cant cancel your order. We need to wait for the item to reach its final destination before making any amends to the order.

This is done to ensure that the item isn't lost and that we will receive it back into our inventory.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note we have noticed a small issue causing the lamps to be "defective" upon arrival. 

This issue would arise from shipping causing the wires in the base of the unit to become disconnected. 

Do not worry there is a simple and easy fix for this, all you need to do is peel back the felt base of the lamp and check if the wires are connected in the sockets or not.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
